V88 Platform Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Terms

V88 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between v88 and the user. 2 Account Registration & Verification

When registering on v88, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and the balance may be forfeited. Each person is allowed to hold only one account.

The following information is required to register:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Bangladeshi Address

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a copy of your national ID or passport. Your information is kept secure and is never shared with third parties.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on v88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Designated payment methods must be used for all deposits and withdrawals.

Before processing a withdrawal request, v88 verifies that KYC requirements have been met and that all applicable bonus wagering conditions have been fulfilled. If any suspicious activity is detected, the withdrawal may be temporarily put on hold.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5 Betting Rules

Please read the relevant rules carefully before placing any bets on v88. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Bets may be voided in the following circumstances:

6 Lottery & Instant Games

V88's lottery and instant games are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Every draw is completely fair and independent of previous results.

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Draw results are final and cannot be changed.
• Prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of winning.
• Jackpot winners will receive their prize only after identity verification is completed.
• A single person may purchase multiple tickets in one draw.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v88. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited:

• Money Laundering: Using v88 to launder illegal funds.
• Collusion: Gaining unfair advantages through the use of multiple accounts.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts.
• Manipulation: Match fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

V88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Registration with false information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
• At the user's own request
• By order of a legal authority

Before closing an account, v88 will typically send an email notice. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. If you wish to close your own account, please contact support.

9 Limitation of Liability

V88 is an entertainment platform. v88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming. Users place bets entirely at their own discretion.

V88 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user
• If your account password is compromised
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, legal restrictions, etc.)

10 Rule Changes & Updates

V88 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date. For significant updates, a notice may be sent to your registered email address.

Continued use of v88 after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact support to close your account.
